This is a pattern for a pot/pan cover, to keep the pot warm, and to let the food finish cooking while the stove is off.
Always turn the stove off (and make sure it’s off), before covering the pot/pan.
The pattern is based on a child-like drawing of looking up at tree tops (by the Lagoon Cabin, at Meher Spiritual Center, S.C.) It is knit sideways with simple short rows (no wraps, just turn).

Yarn: for safety reasons must be 100% cotton.
A = grass, approx. 26y/24m
B = sky, approx. 33y/31m
C =Trees, approx. 4 yards/m per tree, solid colors (not stripes/self changing yarn)

Size: approx. 12.5”/31cm. Fits pots & pans between 6.5”-10”/17-29cm.

Enjoy…
