This is my very first Fair Isle Shawl, so I wanted to keep it really simple, as the main objective was to practice the process of making a shawl this way.

The main part of it was knitted while I was on vacation in Pottsville, so I named the project after that.

It turned out to be a really good practice pattern because it is so easy to memorise, which is why I share it here, so others may use it if they please.

Before the actual pattern I knitted 2 stitches in the maincolor + 1 increase also in maincolor.
The shawl is knitted in the round, with a steak and cut open. There are several free patterns on Ravelry that explains the whole process of knitting a shawl this way e.g From Anne Holtegaard, Pinneguri and Bodil Munch etc.
