Poulsbo Lace Scarf knits in one piece, no seams, YEAH!!!!! The pattern uses a combination of eye-catching intricate lace stitches that are for the intermediate knitter. Sk2p’s and yo twice, with 3 stitches knit into those 2 yo’s on the following row. Patterning on both sides will keep your attention but with a 24 row repeat (not too many ) will also become familiar fast..

The pattern is entirely in both row by row written instructions and charted to accommodate both types of knitters. Materials needed for this project are 765 yds. DK weight yarn and #6, 4.0mm Knitting Needles. That’s it! I used 5 skeins of Lana Gatto Feeling DK in the model and when finished wet blocked, smoothing it on towels and then taking the 2 stitches by outer circles on the edges and pinning them to shape. So nothing too complicated, but it did help to show off the lace work.

As per pattern the scarf is 12 by 90”. Length can easily adjusted by adding or reducing the pattern repeats within the body or border patterns.
