This is a pattern for a prayer shawl made with 100% acrylic worsted weight yarn (category 4) and size G/6 (4.25 MM) hook. In this pattern the gauge is not important, so other types of yarn will work too.

I wrote a very detailed pattern, with stitch count and explanatory notes. I also included very clear, close-up pictures for additional visual help. The finished measurements are approximately 74 inches wide and 34 inches long (not including fringe).
