This pattern makes an adorable Sailor Octopus Beach Hat. Flip the brim up and it looks like a bowler hat. These make wonderful gifts for that little one.
The hat measures 19 Inches around and will fit a 3-5 year old.
The Octopus measures: 3 inches by 4 inches, not including the legs.
