For Day 6 of my #SantaForPreemies, I have this beautiful knit lace blanket. Knit with 8mm needles and worsted weight yarn, it’s a quick project (well as quick as a knit blanket can be ;) ). Stitches used are cast on, knit, purl, slip stitch, yarn over, pass slipped stitch over, and bind off. I decided to crochet a shell boarder around it, however you can do a knit trim or no trim at all. 
