This pattern is my own design for a knitted top and skirt. It is designed to fit an American Girl doll.

Materials:
• DK (double knitting) or light-worsted weight yarn (such as Snuggly Baby Bamboo or Universal Yarn Bamboo Pop) in three colours
• 3.25 mm needles
• 3 buttons
• one yarn needle

Gauge:
approximately 27 stitches = 10 cm / 4 inches using 3.25 mm needles

Techniques/Stitches:
• long-tail cast-on
• sl 1 wyib (slip 1 with yarn in back)
• sl 1 wyif (slip 1 with yarn in front)
