This simple dishcloth is perfect for beginners. It is worked in the Lemon Peel Stitch which is worked with single and double crochets. The lemon peel stitch is one of my favorite stitches as it is simple to do and creates a gorgeous texture and looks equally gorgeous on both sides.

I finished my washcloth with a very simple border (optional) worked with chain and slip stitches.
