I originally wrote this pattern for Yarn Crush’s January 2016 subscription box. I was really inspired by the cheerful, bright colorway that we chose which reminded me of birthday cakes, candy bins, and pretty fruit parfaits. I thought it would be fun to make some playful, stripey, fingerless mitts with a variety of textures and stitches. I prefer the quirky, mis-matched look of alternating the colors in each pair. Our yarn box contained 5 different colored mini-skeins of about 80 yards each. Using all 5 colors in each mitt gave me enough yarn to crochet 4 full mitts – one pair for me, and one pair for a friend – a pretty parfait party!
