Pretty Petals Snowflake
Make your own snowflake themed ornaments to hang on the Christmas tree, give as gifts or sell. A quick project perfect for winter time.
This crochet snowflake ornament has a central flower-like motif and a hexagonal “petal” type design. Easy and quick to make and the instructions include 2 versions depending if you want to have a single color with pico detailing or a contrast edge.
Perfect for a Christmas tree ornament, winter themed home decoration, small gift or stocking stuffer, gift embellishment, or make several and create a garland!
The PDF pattern includes all the details you need with materials list, clear instructions, photos of each step, written pattern, pattern chart, and there is a video available as well.

US Terminology
Recommended yarn: Cotton Fair by Premier, a #2 fine cotton/acrylic yarn, however Minikins yarn works great too. Bamboo Fair or any cotton blend #2 fine yarn is an option as well, or feel free to experiment with other weights and contents of yarn. Version 2 of this ornament has a contrast color edge which can be any similar weight yarn, I used Lion Brand Bonbon in metallic gold color.
Ornaments measure about 3.25” across, 3.5” tall (not including the optional hanging loop) if using the recommended yarn.
