This candy-colored pullover has cute ruffles, lots of stripes, and sweet tulips dancing round the middle. Available in sizes 12 months, 2T,3/4T.

Knit in the round up to the armholes, then worked back and forth. There’s a short section of fair isle right at the beginning, and then it’s just stripes all the way. The shoulders are finished with a three-needle bindoff, and the sleeves are knit separately in the round and sewn in. There are optional roll hems instead of ruffles, and the sleeves can be knit plain instead of stripey for a simpler sweater.
