I have been using this pattern from the top of my head to make hats to match my ‘Pretty Simple Bootees’ and so many people have asked for the pattern that I though it was about time I added it!

It’s a basic pattern that is easily adaptable for larger sizes (or even to make smaller for preemie size).

Because of the various needle and yarn sizes, the gauge is irrelevent. If your hat turns out too large, use a smaller needles and if it’s too small use a larger needle.
