This bolero was made for my great niece who is 2 years old but it can be shortened or lengthened to fit other ages. It’s a top down knit - almost in one piece! There’s no seaming involved, the sleeves are done on magic loop by picking up stitches left on a waste yarn holder.

Although I used Debbie Bliss Glen yarn for this, I’m pretty sure that because it’s a non-fitted garment, any worsted/aran yarn can be used.
