Pretzal Headz Flamingo
All my Pretzal headz patterns are made using a unique head to body joining method.
I can guarantee that you will not get a wobbly head with this method
They are worked from the head down, with the limbs easily attached/sewn on after the body is made and stuffed.
This pattern is written in US terms and gives step by step instructions to each level of the pattern, along with a stitch abbreviation guide.
You will need a 2.5mm crochet hook
Images are provided when required to prompt and help you to understand a more challenging aspect of the pattern.
This Flamingo pattern has photo tutorials on how to join the belly and back of the flamingo. It is important to follow this section to make to joining stress free.
The flamingo can sits unaided and is approx 23 cm in height (if you use the recommend yarn as suggested in the pattern.)
Please feel free to use any yarn you prefer when making your Amigurumi.
I prefer to use cotton yarn to give the creation a better shape in the long term, as DK can tend to stretch and warp
