Primrose
Introducing the Primrose Scarf! This is an overlay mosaic crochet pattern. Purchase includes step by step written instructions, and a chart. Directions are included for how to make a reversible pattern, though it can be followed as is to make a regular overlay mosaic scarf, without making it reversible.
This is an easy repeater pattern, making it perfect to use as is for a scarf, or repeated as many times as desired to turn it into a blanket, cowl, table runner, etc.
The Primrose Scarf was made lengthwise to utilize the ends as fringe to avoid any weaving or border. The pattern is a repeat of 14 + 3 stitches, and 30 rows.
Sample scarf is 24 repeats long, and only one repeat high and measures approximately 4.5 x 58” using a 3.5 mm crochet hook. Yarn used: Yarn Bee Spinesse- “Ivory” approximately 282 yds. Yarn Bee Authentic Hand-Dyed- “Elysian Dusk”- approximately 272 yds.
