ST: Stitch - Shorthand for “stitch”.
STS: Stitches
SL ST: Slip Stitch - Insert hook, YO & pull up loop and through 1st loop on hook.
HDC: Half-Double Crochet - YO, insert hook into stitch, YO & pull up a loop, YO, pull through all 3 loops on hook.
DC: Double Crochet - YO, insert hook into stitch, YO & pull up a loop, YO, pull through 2 loops, YO, pull through remaining 2 loops on hook
Picot: chain 1 or 3 sl st to first ch
Tr: Yarn over 2 times, insert hook in stitch, yarn over and pull up loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops, yarn over and draw through 2 loops, yarn over and draw through remaining 2 loops
