UPDATE 6/14/2015
PDF now reflects all corrections made during testing and I have condensed the file size. Please download the current version. The corrections are still listed below to save on printer ink if you already printed the older version :-)
Corrections:
Row 4 should read: k17 (19, 21), sm, k2 (p1, yo, p1, k2) twice.
Rows 1 and 2 of the decrease section should read:
Row 1: k20 (21, 22), pm, k14 (16, 18), pm, k2tog, k18 (19, 20).
Row 2: k19 (20, 21), sm, k14 (16, 18) sm, k2tog, turn, leaving sts on left hand needle unworked.
Britain’s New Princess Charlotte is already setting trends, just like her mother! The bonnet she wore outside the hospital was actually worn backwards, with the hem framing her face. I think it looks adorable either way, and this pattern can be worn either way as well.
The bonnet in the sample was knit from sparkly natural colored yarn, but the sky is the limit when choosing a color! The cables are actually mock cables, making this a speedy knit!
This pattern is currently being test knitted. An update will be sent to all who have downloaded it once testing is complete. I am open to any an all suggestions you have to perfect this pattern, and I am always available should you have questions. :-)
