I was asked to design a tea-cosy of Diana, The Princess of Wales. So I chose her iconic wedding dress of 1981. This pattern fits a standard 6-cup tea-cosy and requires some skill from the knitter.
I researched an old Shetland Lace pattern for parts of the dress and these lace parts are knitted in 2-ply yarn.
All yarns are listed in the pattern and photos help the knitter with ideas on the modelling aspect of the cosy.
