Princess Leia mini doll or blankie for child - free crochet pattern.

This is a medium difficulty pattern (requires knowledge of single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet as well as how to increase and decrease).

Princess Leia is pretty quick to finish once you get the pattern going.

If you are crocheting for a baby, I suggest using Sirdar Snuggly as a super soft yarn that comes in bright colours.

However, this pattern is designed for any gauge, since there is no specifically required size for Leia to be. So feel free to dig around for spare yarn for this project. Apart from the dress which requires approx 30g of yarn, only small amounts are required for the rest of the doll.

Please remember that if you’re making this blankie for a baby, you MUST NOT use buttons/brads/beads for eyes - they can be choking hazards. Embroider Princess’s features on with yarn if you’re making this for a child age 3 or below.
