ONPOKI PATTERN PRINCESS LEIA Star Wars - Leia Organa CROCHET PATTERN

This is my humble tribute to this incredible warrior princess.

NEW VERSION WITHOUT SYMBOLS. Now written in the “normal” way, but still with a lot of tips and information to make it perfect every time.
Chewbacca is also finished. I’m in the process of updating Luke as well.

LEVEL: Beginner Level 2. Knowledge of the amigurumi basic stitches (including magic ring, single crochet, increase, decrease, slip stitch, half double crochet/half treble crochet, double crochet/treble crochet). I will explain you with pictures how to assemble all the pieces, how to do the details in this amigurumi and my method to make the amigurumi to stand on its own. I also explain a technique to close open pieces that makes them look more neat.

This pattern was written using US terms.

Size of finished Princess Leia: 6.5 cm (2.55 inches) wide and 16 cm (6.29 inches) tall using Aran weight yarn with a 3.0 mm crochet hook (US E/4 - UK-Can 9). You can use any kind of yarn and crochet hook, the only thing it will change is the size of the finished item.

Quantity of yarn (approx):
White: 36 grams
Brown: 22 grams
Skin colour: 10 grams
Black, grey and pink: Less than 2 grams each colour
