I used wire for the body up to the head and arms.

Yarn weight: use any kind
Hook size: use any hook that you are comfortable with
but I used alize cotton with hook 2.5mm and shes 12 1/2 inches / 32 cm (without the length of the hair), then, 20 inches/ 51 cm (with the length of the hair)
