Printers Alley | Nashville Collection
by Jo Strong
Honoring the many publishers and printing businesses (including two newspapers) that lined Nashville’s Printers Alley in the early part of the 20th century -- before the hooch and burlesque moved in -- this is an easy-to-knit asymmetrical garter stitch (interspersed with lacy yarnover rows) shawl that makes a great graphic statement.
Yarn: Color A - 3 skeins of Woolfolk SNO, 01+15 (black/white) or 669 yards of fingering yarn.
Color B - 1 skein of Woolfolk Tynd or 223 yards of
fingering yarn.
