Professors Rock!
** PATTERN details**
Have you ever started a project based on something you saw? You just loved the item and you knew you could make it? That’s the inspiration for this scarf. I saw a scarf that a professor was wearing, and I loved how easy it looked. She kindly let me look at it close enough to see the pattern, but of course, I improved it just a little.
This simple scarf has mitered edges. This is a mindless knitting project, good for a project that welcomes distractions. It’s great pattern for gifting and donating. It’s also a good starter project for a new knitter. It uses knit, purl, and knit two together. This pattern would also work well with mini skeins, or gradient color runs. There are also two suggestions for how to wear the scarf.
Yarn: 2 skeins: Stonehedge Fiber Crazy mill ends (each skein) 250 yards / 229 meters and 4 oz. / 113 grams. The sample used 182 Grams, approximately 410 yards.
