This hat is designed to be knitted on (long) 4mm needles with DK yarn. It is the fifth project in Learn to Knit It: Complete 7 Simple Projects, where students knit a project that practices everything they’ve already learnt and try out moss stitch for the first time.

This project is accompanied by video tutorials, teaching the techniques of moss stitch, rib stitch, stocking stitch, increasing and decreasing. These are followed by step-by-step knit along videos for the whole of the hat project. Bonus videos on how to make a pompom for the top!
