The Prosecco Hat is a quick hat knit in 3 colors. Inspired by the newest colors in Woolfolk’s 2021 Far line, I designed this hat with a fun “bubble” stitch that only uses 1 color at a time--no stranded colorwork needed!

Details:

Yarn: 3 skeins, 1 each of 3 colors Woolfolk Fär (142 yd / 50 g). Colors used in sample: 34, 35, and 36

Needles:
US 7/ 4.5mm 16” circular
US 9 / 5.5mm 16” circular and double-point needles (or preferred needles for knitting small circumference)

Gauge: 18 st/4” unblocked (if your gauge changes significantly on blocking, you may want to go down a needle size. My blocked gauge is 16st / 4”)

Notions: stitch marker, darning needle
