Pretzel is worked flat, then sewn into a tube and stuffed. The tube is then twisted into pretzel shape, and “salt” is embroidered using French knots. A smaller needle than usual for this yarn is used to create a dense fabric.

Exact gauge is not essential for this project. Pretzel is about 7” across. One skein of yarn will make several pretzels.
