I dreamed up this hat when I was handed a 100 gram ball of BEAUTIFUL handspun yarn.(the pattern took less than 100 grams!) I wanted to make an airy tam that could be worn year round, so I wanted to go way up on the needle size… (this gave me a great excuse to play with my new Hiya Hiya interchangeables!) I also wanted it to be a quick knit and didn’t want to do any increases, so this tam has no increases from the original cast on stitch amount. :-)
