Pteranodon is technically not a dinosaur. The pteranodon lived mostly along the western interior sea of North America during the cretaceous time period. They ate mostly fish and had crests on their heads. Scientists believe they used these crests to attract mates.

This pattern is written in US crochet terms and features 4 toed feet, wings, crest and beak just like pteranodon.
