Pterry the Pterodactyl
by scott busbee
In my humble opinion the Pterodactyl is the coolest of all the dinosaurs yet … no patterns to make one. So I suppose that means I need to make one. With this pattern you can make a cute cuddly pterry of your own.
I made him originally on size 1 needles with Gnome acres fingering. I also made one out of Gnome Acres worsted to see how much of a difference it makes. Generally the rule in toy making is to use a needle 2 sizes smaller than recommended for the yarn.
Have fun and Happy crafting
