Say hello to Ptimothy, best dressed denizen of the entire Jurassic period! This is a detailed, step-by-step pattern with written directions and photo illustrations. Pattern is in English with US crochet terminology.

I use fingering weight mercerized cotton. If you’d like to make Ptimothy larger, just use a heavier weight yarn and larger hook.
When using fingering weight yarn, Ptimothy measures about 5” tall with a 6.5” wingspan.

You’ll need:

  • 5 colors of yarn- body, wings, bow tie and two sweater colors.
  • Two 6mm safety eyes
  • Toy stuffing
  • 1.75mm crochet hook
  • Yarn needle
