Those bubbled pixie bonnets patterns will help you to make a hat exactly like the pictured ones - or both of them!

and they are REVERSIBLE!

You will need yarn (in two colors for one or in three or more colors for the other one), knitting needles, a tapestry needle or crochet hook to weave in the yarn ends and also the same tapestry needle to graft stitches at the back of the hat.
if you are making the bonnet with button strap, you will also need two buttons.

Since the hat is knit flat, you can use any knitting needles you like. I prefer using ether long circulars, or long straight “afghan” knitting needles.
You need to get the gauge to be 20st in 4inches (10cm).

you might have to learn how to graft live stitches :) but it is easy!
