These gloves were inspired by the patterns of Kayapó people in South America, in the Amazon. Chief Pukatire is one of the great chieftains of the Kayapó people. These gloves are made in his honor.

This pattern has only one size option: (x)small to medium (women).

You need 1 skein of DROPS Alpaca in five different colours, I used:

natural white 0100
navy blue 6790
red 3620
mustard 2923
lime green 2916

You´ll need only a small amount of mustard and lime green yarn.

These gloves are not made for the beginner knitter. You should already know how to read intarsia charts, how to knit in the round and preferably have some knowledge about how to knit a glove. These gloves are knit using the magic loop technique.

Feel free to make as many pairs as you like for personal
use/gifts/charity, but please do not sell gloves made from
my patterns or re-sell my patterns or intarsia charts
without my written permission.

If you have any questions or you have found a mistake or
two, please do not hesitate to contact me :) I appreciate any kind of feedback.
