Interesting back panel held together by a ring. Front, back, sleeves and neckline are constructed separately and then assembled.
Additional Needle Information
The pattern gives the needle sizes needed as “No. 3” and “No. 3.5”. I think this might refer to US sizes, but not sure because there is no US 3.5..

The gauge given above (25 stitches x 33 rows = 4” x 4”) applies to stockinette stitch using 3.5 mm (US 4) needles.
