A dinky little pattern I knit up two years back on a long car ride to visit family. I had neither sock yarn nor any needles other than size 6 dpns, so it’s not really your typical doll-clothing pattern.
(Also, it’s ridiculously simple)

You only need some needles, red and white yarn, and a tapestry needle. Pretty easy stuff, really- if you know how to k2tog and work dpns, you can do this in under an hour.
