Pumpkin Baby Beanie
With all the fun of trick or treat you need to keep baby warm, what a fun way of doing this with a colourful little pumpkin hat.
Knitted flat with one seam to sew. You can knit the black stitches as per the pattern or sew them in after if preferred. I have worked them both ways and they both looked great.
The pattern is in 3 sizes but if you would like a bigger hat you could use a thicker yarn and larger needles as that works as well.
The main colour is approx. 60 -90 yards with the pumpkin colour taken approx. 15 -25 yards. You only need a small amount of Black so approx. 5-10 yards.
I used Hayfields baby soft for the main colour, and a dolly mixture yarn for the pumpkin.
