This is a pattern for crochet pumpkin coasters.

Using a 3mm hook and any yarn suitable for this hook size, such as scheepjes cotton 8, catona or schachenmayr catania, will yield a coaster with a diameter of roughly 9 cm, depending on how tight your stitches are.

The coasters are a perfect decoration for Halloween, but if that’s not your thing, you can make them in either green or red, and then they’re an apple!
