Pumpkin Doll
This Pumpkin doll will make a great addition to your Autumn /Fall décor, but of course he will be most enjoyed at Halloween!
Sitting on a shelf, cheekily hiding in the décor, or gifted to a child (or teen or adult!) this little Pumpkin doll will bring a smile to everyone who sees him.
The head and body pumpkins are knitted flat and seamed. The shaping is easily added after you have sewn up and stuffed the head and body. I explain how to do this with fully illustrated instructions.
I-cord is used to make the arms and legs- instructions are included.
This pattern is for DK (worsted weight yarn) However, do feel free to try other yarns, to create your own pumpkin doll version. (For alternate yarns use the manufacturers recommended needle size.)
Thicker yarn will give a bigger pumpkin doll, thinner yarn will give a smaller pumpkin doll!
