This pattern makes a larger drawstring bag. But the pattern can easily be downsized for something like party favor bags by using only 1 strand of yarn and smaller hook sizes. Note that this is the same pattern as my “Witchy Kitty Bag” without the kitty element for a lower price.

Most of this pattern uses 2 strands of worsted weight yarn held together. Bulky yarn #5 can be substituted in most places. Except for the few pieces that call for 1 strand of worsted weight yarn.

Orange: 140 yds/1.5 oz/(divided between 2 working balls of yarn)
Brown: 20 yds/.5 oz/(divided between 2 working balls of yarn)
Green: 15 yds /14 m (single strand)
