A friend bought a pair of pumpkin earrings at a craft show and asked if I could replicate them. Here is the result:

Finished Size
About 1” in diameter x 5/8 inch high; the bottom picture shows the earring resting on a quarter.

Materials
Small amounts of fingering weight yarn in orange and brown or green. I used Dream in Color Jilly, Anticipation. You will also need earring findings. Leverback hooks are shown.

Needles
US 0, 2.0 mm dpns

Gauge
40 sts and 48 rows per 4 inches; gauge isn’t essential – knit tight!
