This pattern will show you how to make a Pumpkin Pal Plushy. Feel free to get creative and customize the Pumpkin Pal to get the look you want.

I made mine using Big Twist Value for the orange head and I Love This Cotton! Yarn for the body and accessories. I also used a small bit of black scrap yarn for stitching on the face. I crocheted mine using a size E (3.5 mm) crochet hook.

The pattern also includes instructions for an optional Leaf Collar for dressing up the Pumpkin Pal, but you can leave it off if you prefer.

Gauge isn’t crucial as long as your stitches are tight enough to keep the stuffing in. I tend to crochet tightly, so you’ll probably want to go down a hook size if you’re a looser crocheter.

You’ll also need two 6mm safety eyes, fiberfill stuffing, stitch markers, and a tapestry needle.
