This is a quick and easy party bag perfect for Halloween! It can be can made in a day using basic knitting skills. It’s knitted on straight needles,sewn at the sides and then machine washed until felted to the required size. One 40 degree C wash will result in the medium size; two washes will result in the small size:

Medium 9.75” x 12.5” or Small 8.5” x 9.5”.

Knitted in Drops Eskimo Shade No. 7 (Orange) it took four 5og balls.
Alternative yarns are Cascade 220 Wool Worsted or Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Worsted; these would be used double to achieve the required gauge.

I have left the bag unlined but have added a fabric pocket for a phone or wallet.
