Around this time of year, everything becomes pumpkin flavored. Cafés suddenly serve pumpkin spiced lattes and chai. You can find pumpkin pancake mix and pumpkin cookies and pumpkin soup on the shelves in grocery stores. Hell, today I ran across pumpkin flavored cream cheese!

I love seasonal themes. And these fingerless gloves are perfect for the autumn. Luckily, they’re perfect for other seasons, too. The pattern is cables and lace, so even though these gloves keep your arms warm, they still have good ventilation. You can knit them in wool for the autumn, or in a something lighter like cotton or linen for the summer.
