This is a GREAT pattern to use up your larger scraps of yarn. You know, those skeins where you have almost half of it left, not enough for a project but too much to throw out:(

Even though I call this a Pumpkin Stuffie, it could be made into any color squash or gourd for displaying during the fall holidays.

And, to be PERFECTLY HONEST, I made mine as Catnip Toys to help raise money for Penny’s Life Fund. I stuffed them halfway with stuffing, added 2, or 3, tablespoons of catnip, then finished stuffing. I know they work because it drove my cats crazy not being able to play with them.
