This crochet pattern provides instructions to make a baby blanket with puff stitches, perfect for a young child. A cozy, treasured gift with a special message.

I made this blanket for a friend but forgot to take a photo. I did not do bubble stitch for the paw print, just sc with two shades of brown on a white background.

You can be creative with the colours used. Instructions are provided for how to seamlessly change colours as you go.

You can omit the puff stitch border or add extra single crochet for a wider border if you want to sew a soft material on the back.
