No pup’s too big, no job’s too small! This may be the easiest way to earn hero status from your kids, the neighbour kids and basically everyone they know. Knit your favourite, or all of them, so that they can wear one for each day of the week.

The ears are knit first, bottom up. The headband is knitted in the round, the ears are attached as you knit. The logo is sewn on with duplicate stitch, and to finish off, the headband is lined with fleece. This makes it soft, wind proof and prevents itching.

Size: 1-3 (4-6) 7-9 years
Head circumference: 48-50 (51-53) 54-57 cm

Yardage: Less than 50 grams of each colour, see what scrap yarn you have in your drawers. Any yarn that yields the correct gauge (22/10) can be used.
