This pattern is easy, and is written in american terms.

Materials
Worsted weight yarn in mc, cc and small amount of black
5mm hook
4mm hook
Yarn needle
Fibrefill or yarn scraps to stuff
2 6mm safety eyes or alternative

Abbreviations
Cc = Contrast colour
Ch = Chain
Dc = Double crochet
Hdc = Half double crochet
Hdc2tog = Half double crochet 2 together
Hk = Hook
Mc = Main colour
Sc = Single crochet
Invscdec = Invisible single crochet decrease (Instructions below)
Sl st = Slip stitch
St = Stitch

Finished Measurements
Blanket: 12 inches across (or whatever size you would like to make it)
Arms: Just over 2 inches
Head: 2.5 inches from bottom to top
Ears: About 2.5 inches from bottom to top
Spot: About 1.25 inches across
Muzzle: About 0.5 inch.
