This pattern will show you how to make a cute, sleepy puppy lovey. The puppy’s head and arms are centered on a striped granny square base. I made mine using I Love This Cotton! Yarn in two colors and used an H hook for the granny square and an F hook for the puppy. Gauge isn’t crucial, but please note that I do crochet tightly so you may want to size down a hook to make sure that yours isn’t too large or that your stitches aren’t too loose.
You’ll also need a tapestry needle for sewing the pieces together and for stitching on the face, as well as some fiberfill stuffing for the puppy. The puppy is made in a continuous round, so I recommend using a stitch marker to help keep your place as you go.
