This pattern sleeve is a tubaeform， so there’s a evenly decreasing from 1/4 length and 1/2 length of the sleeve, I know how to do it, but I can’t describe it in English well, but I have pictures to show in the pattern file. The red colored words are misunderstanding for myself too, please ingnore it, just try to understand the pics.
I believe an experienced knitter can understand how it worked.
But I’m still open with your questions. I’d like to do my best to help you.
If you prefer to use a 3.25mm/3.5mm needles, you’ll get a bigger size version. all depends on your preferrence.
