k2tog – knit 2 stitches together
skp - slip 1, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over
s2kp - slip two stitches together, knit one, pass two slipped stitches over
sk2p - slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit two together, pass slipped stitch over
