The Purple Coke Cardigan is the third design of the Purple Coke collection. It is designed for the yarns ITO Urugami and ITO Tetsu but can also be worked with other ITO yarns e.g. ITO Sensai instead of ITO Tetsu to get a warmer and softer version (see test versions).

Beginning with the neckband, the cardigan is worked back and forth in rows from the top down. The body is finished with a ribbed hem. The front bands are picked up and knitted after the body is complete. The sleeves are worked in the round and finished with ribbed cuffs.

The sample is knitted in ITO Urugami, colorway Smoke Gray and ITO Tetsu, colorway Smoke Gray. Both yarns are held together.

Der Purple Coke Cardigan ist für die Garne ITO Urugami und ITO Tetsu entworfen worden, kann aber auch mit anderen ITO Garnen beispielsweise ITO Sensai an Stelle von ITO Tetsu gearbeitet werden, um eine wärmere und weichere Version zu erhalten (siehe auch Purple Coke Sweater).

Die Jacke wird in Hin- und Rückreihen mit dem Halsbündchen beginnend von oben nach unten gestrickt und mit einem Rippenbündchen abgeschlossen. Danach werden die Maschen für die vorderen Bündchen aufgenommen und gestrickt. Die Ärmel werden in Runden gearbeitet und mit Rippenbündchen abgeschlossen.
